I'm referring to cartridge based games mainly. I've bought SEVERAL NES games that had some mysterious red gunk, either on the outside of the cartridge or on the inside. This game wasn't on a PC but an old console, like Sega Master System or Nintendo. But, it wasn't on any of the Playstations or Xbox.
